Zeynep Orta joined ASC Law in 2022. She is a member of the firm’s Consultancy Team, under which the firm’s Banking and Finance, Commercial, Corporate, Debt Restructuring, Capital Markets, and Project Finance practices are found. Zeynep’s practice focuses on banking and finance, debt structuring, syndicated and project finance, capital markets law, while also spending time consulting with the firm’s clients regarding corporate law related issues.
