Tuğçe Beltekin joined ASC Law in 2022. She focuses her practice on all matters related to the protection of our clients’ intellectual property rights, both here in Türkiye and abroad. Tuğçe’s work includes, among other things, the registration, locally and internationally, of trademarks and designs, preparation and review of IP applications, communication with governmental trademark offices and institutions, such as the Turkish Trademark and Patent Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization. She also engages, and monitors the work of, foreign IP attorneys and professionals.
Since graduating from university in 2017, Tuğçe has worked exclusively in the legal sector for firms specializing in providing IP-related legal services.
