Özge Çevik, joined the firm on 2022, advises sponsors and lenders on development financing of, and acquisition in, world-scale and new-market infrastructure projects including construction projects, PPPs and power projects. She also provides legal consultancy in corporate and commercial law matters including daily transactions of clients.
Prior to joining ASC Law, Özge has taken role on many innovative deals. She in particular advised the sponsors on the financing of EUR11bn New Istanbul Airport Project in Turkey and supported the company on daily matters conducting with its wide-ranging stakeholders.
