Nimetullah KHAL joined ASC Law in 2022 as Senior Intellectual Property Specialist. He has been working in the IP field since 2011. At ASC Law, Nimetullah focuses on all matters related to the protection of our clients’ intellectual property rights, both here in Türkiye and abroad. Nimetullah’s work includes, clearance searches, filing new applications and oppositions, assignment of IP rights, protecting IP rights of the clients in mergers and acquisitions, consulting with regard to developing and implementing dispute resolution strategies involving IP rights (e.g., infringement actions), managing the IP portfolios of the clients.
