Merve Mert joined ASC Law in 2018. She is a member of the firm’s Consultancy Team, under which the firm’s Banking and Finance, Commercial, Corporate, Debt Restructuring, M&A and Capital Markets, and Project Finance practices are found.
Merve’s practice focuses on banking and finance, debt structuring, and syndicated and project finance, while also spending time consulting with the firm’s clients regarding corporate law related issues.
