Melisa Çayan, joined ASC Law in 2023. She is a member of the firm’s Consultancy Team, under which the firm’s Banking and Finance, Commercial, Corporate, Debt Restructuring, M&A and Capital Markets and Project Finance practices are found. Melisa’s practice mainly focuses on corporate law, M&A, public offerings, capital markets law and banking and finance transactions.
