Ela Sarı joined ASC Law as a Senior Associate in 2009, and was elevated to Partner in 2020. Ela is a member of the firm’s Consultancy Department, under which ASC Law’s Banking and Finance, Commercial, Corporate, Debt Restructuring, M&A and Capital Markets, and Project Finance practices are found.
While Ela’s works on matters falling within nearly all of the Consultancy Team’s practice areas, she has particular expertise in capital markets transactions, project finance and infrastructure investments. She is also the ASC Law’s go-to lawyer with regard to derivative transactions, including ISDA and ISMA-based derivative agreements, Credit Default Swaps and Credit Linked Notes.
Prior to joining ASC Law, and after completing her one-year legal apprenticeship, Ela spent three years in the U.S. While there, she continued her legal education and worked at two U.S. law firms.
Ela has been recognized by the Legal 500 as a “Next Generation Partner”.
