Didem Bayraktar joined ASC Law in 2019. She is a member of the firm’s Consultancy Team, under which the firm’s Banking and Finance, Commercial, Corporate, Debt Restructuring, M&A and Capital Markets, and Project Finance practices are found.
Didem’s practice focuses on capital markets, banking and finance, and energy transactions. She also spends considerable time consulting with the firm’s clients regarding capital markets law related issues.
Didem has Capital Markets License Level 1, which is issued by Capital Markets Board based on expertise.
