Ayşem Cemre Çağlayan has been with ASC Law and a member of the firm’s Litigation Team since graduating from law school in 2013. She was promoted to Senior Associate in 2021.
Cemre handles a wide variety of dispute matters, including ones arising under consumer protection, corporate, transportation, contract, landlord/tenant, real estate and tort law. She has particularly deep experience working on landlord/tenant disputes for, among others, real estate investment firms and several client in the agricultural sector. In addition, Cemre works closely with one of the firm’s most important shopping mall clients, assisting it with the drafting and negotiating of nearly every type of agreement the client uses, as well as, of course, handling the resolution of disputes arising under them. Cemre is also the firm’s go-to attorney with regard to disputes arising under Turkey’s consumer protection law. Ayşem Cemre Çağlayan completed her master's degree with honors in the field of private law with her thesis on 'Adaptation of residential and roofed workplace rental agreements to changing conditions'.
