As Aksu Çalışkan Beygo Attorney Partnership (“ASC”), we would like to inform you about the personal data we process during your job application within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and other relevant data protection legislation.

As ASC, We Process the Following Personal Information within the Scope of Job Application:
Name, Surname, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Gender, Marital Status, Mother/Father Name, T.R. Identity Number, Nationality, E -Mail Address, Residence Address, Home Phone Number, Work Phone Number, Mobile Phone Number, School / Work Place Address, School / Work Place Name/Title, Education Information, Course Information, On-the-job Training Information, Certificates, Foreign Language Information, Computer Usage Information, Information regarding any disabilities for the Applied Position, Other Information in the CV provided by the Candidate, Information obtained from the Reference (If the Candidate provides any Reference Information)

To conduct Processes for the Job Candidate / Intern/ Student Recruitment, to conduct Application Processes of Job Candidates, to conduct Communication Activities, Human Resources to plan Processes

Contract, Legal Obligation, Legitimate Interest, Explicit Consent (Information Gathered from References)
5. Transfer of Your Personal Data to Third Persons in Turkey
Your personal data may be transferred to Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations and our Suppliers within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes and legal reasons.
6. Transfer of Your Personal Data to Third Persons Abroad.
Your personal data is not transferred abroad.
7. Retention Period of Your Personal Data
Your personal data is primarily stored for the periods determined in the legal legislation. If a storage period has not been determined in the legal legislation; we keep your personal data for as long as required by the purpose of processing. A period of 6 months to 1 year for the storage of your data, if any, depending on the purpose of processing, if any, for the storage of your data, by taking into account the possibility that a request from a court or an administrative authority authorized by law regarding the relevant data reaches us late, or that a dispute that we may be a party to occurs. 10. Response Time for Your Requests Regarding Your Personal Data
Your requests regarding your personal data will be answered by the method you applied, within 30 days at the latest from the date they reach us.
