Enforcement Law, as an integral part of the Civil Procedure Law, is a field of law that aims the creditor to reach his claim if the rights obtained within the framework of the Procedural Law are not fulfilled by the debtor. Whether the creditor has a court decision or not, it is possible to obtain the debt from the debtor by directing his claim to the enforcement office.
In cases where a money (or security) receivable is in question, execution without judgment can be resorted to without the need to file a lawsuit. Although there is no money receivable, a similar way has been arranged for the evacuation of the rented immovables. For receivables other than this, a lawsuit must be filed and the decision to be taken at the end of this lawsuit must be enforced. A third general method other than execution without judgment and execution of writs is the methods of converting movable and immovable pledges into money. All these general ways are also divided into some sub-paths according to the type and nature of the receivable.
